Baptist Medical Technologist David Hathorne discussed the lab clinicians role in patient care on the NBC Affiliate, WLBT during National Medical Laboratory Professionals Week. After 35 years, lab professionals are still celebrating National Medical Laboratory Professionals Week (NMLPW). This celebratory week originated in 1975 by the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (ASCLS). This year NMLPW was held April 18-24, 2010. The theme will be Laboratory Professionals Get Results.
